DownLoad the Xara Plugin

To download the latest Xara Flash from the Made In Sheffield Site, click on the Icon.   To download it from Xara's own website, then click here. Xara Plugin.

This version of the plugins works on both Win95 and NT machines. It is compatible with both Netscape3 and Microsoft's Internet Explorer 3 and 4, although I recommend IE for the best results.

Netscape 4.03 and 4.04 seem to have some trouble with the Xara plugin and only read the *.web files when open from your hard drive. So until either Netscape or Xara sort this one out, I recommend you use another browser or just view the Win3.X version of the map.

Unix and Macintosh versions are in development by Xara and news on these can be found at the Xara Site.

Unfortunately there will be no Win3.X version of the plugin, so people using Win3.X will have to use the image map version of the map. Sorry.
